The Legacy Project Coordinator is a 0.50 FTE position (about 20 hours per week). Under general direction, the Legacy Project Coordinator plans, organizes, promotes, monitors and coordinates library legacy programs, activities and assessments. The coordinator establishes and maintains effective collaborative relationships.

The Legacy Project Coordinator provides onsite assistance to local library staff, creates and reviews grant applications and reports, coordinates publicity efforts, offers training, and shares information specific to the success of the regional endeavors undertaken with Arts and Cultural Heritage Funds. The Legacy Project Coordinator also works with other staff to apply for and report to the state about Legacy Funding.

This is a limited term position, based on grant funding. The position term exists for the two year period of a specific Arts and Cultural Heritage Library Legacy grant application. Position term may be extended if Arts and Cultural Heritage Library Legacy funding is approved as part of the Minnesota biennial budget in any budget cycle.

Salary Range: $19.50 to $24.00/hour
