Stillwater Public Library seeks an enthusiastic, creative, organized team member who enjoys interacting with people of all ages, particularly teens as well as pre-teens and their caregivers. This position plans and implements youth programs, promotes library services with local schools and youth-focused organizations, provides outreach programming, provides reference and reader’s advisory to patrons of all ages, and provides assistance and training to the general public on e-content and devices.
This is a part-time, grant-funded position averaging 12 hours per week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. The hourly wage for this position is $20.203 per hour. This is a limited duration (temporary), non-benefit earning position. If funding is not continued past this year, the position shall sunset by December 30, 2019.
