We want to hear from you!

These opportunities are part of a joint strategic planning process being undertaken by the seven multicounty multitype library systems. While our members are libraries, we are interested in how our services are used & valued by staff in member libraries. Please take time to share your opinions & experiences!

The seven multicounty multitype library systems (MCMT) are developing a strategic plan to guide future cooperative efforts. We are holding a series of virtual focus groups to learn more about the needs of member libraries to understand more about your satisfaction with past programs & your ideas for future programs. Some dates have been added, please see the list below.
Your voice is very important! Please help us design a flexible plan that will help us make day-to-day & long-term decisions by participating in a virtual focus group session.
