The Marketing and Communications Manager is a newly created position responsible for the development and implementation of all the library’s branding, marketing and communication activities. This experienced professional will report to, and work closely with, the Library Director. The person will have an understanding of and passion for marketing communications, as well as the ability to hold a discipline of the brand together across all of the organization’s activities, large and small. The goal is to increase the library’s profile in the community and break through commonly held perceptions of libraries. This requires innovation, collaboration, and imagination.
