General Duties
The Library Director is in a supervisory position over the circulation desk and over the entire library. This employee also trains and supervises part-time personnel and volunteers. The Library Director needs to have the ability to perform the duties of all positions of the library ie. Performing tours, conducting story times, circulation desk, and attending meetings.
Minimum Requirements
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in library science or equivalent degree, and work experience in the library environment and/or public setting. Education and work experience to total 5 years.
