The Position: The Director is responsible for the overall operation and function of Siouxland Libraries, its branches, outreach, and electronic services.

Qualification Standards: Graduation from an American Library Association accredited college or university with a master’s degree in library science and eight (8) years of increasingly responsible public library experience of which three (3) years must have been in an administrative capacity, preferably as a library director or assistant library director in a similar size or larger library; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
