Project Information:
• New Data Governance
• Creating a “data field” to determine how reports was sourced (classifications)
• Individual needed to think about a classification structure for business users
• Cataloging Metadata Index – not analysis, but classifying
• BOBJ Enterprise (Epic), McKesson HPM, HPI
• Help build classification catalog
• Assign to an owner
• Searchable Reporting
• Who took report from this to that
• Build data Dictionary
• Consumable data storage
• Classification Structure (Searching)
Daily Tasks:
• List report names
• Document where they are
• Define Owners
• Classify Reports
• Run Reports
• Not analyzing data
Skills Needed:
• Some Business Intelligence Experience
• Classification Structure (Searching)
