The Minnesota Digital Library Coalition (MDLC) — professionals from libraries, archives, historical societies, and museums across Minnesota — is creating a digital collection of the state’s unique resources and special collections. The Minnesota Digital Library supports education, scholarship, and enrichment through Internet access to this collection.

MnLINK Gateway
The MnLINK Gateway is a portal into nearly all of Minnesota’s library resources. This gateway allows the people of Minnesota to login using their local library card and to request that materials from around the state be delivered to their local library. This expanded interlibrary loan brings the request process directly to the library user as they select items and place their “Get It” request online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

State Library Services and School Technology
The Minnesota state library agency is a division of the Minnesota Department of Education. The state library provides leadership and support to the Minnesota library community in planning, developing, and implementing high quality library and information services statewide. The State Library Agency administers federal and state grants-in-aid programs for libraries and schools.
