The City of Austin is accepting applications for our Youth Services Librarian. Deadline for submission is Monday, February 12, 2018. This is a non-exempt position with a wage range of $27.94 – $23.47 and complete benefit package.
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement library services to children and their families, including collection development, programming and outreach, supporting the library’s mission to connect people with resources to foster literacy, equity and community.
Education and Experience include: Master’s Degree from an American Library Association accredited library program; and one year of experience working on an information desk/reference desk in a public library.
