Salary:
Class III starting at $12.39 per hour
Required Education:
High School Diploma and two years post secondary education
(*A passing score on the Para ProTest is equivalent to the post secondary requirement)
Required Experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Chrome OS operating systems
Working knowledge of educational technologies including printers, document cameras, iPads, Audio Visual equipment and LCD projectors
Working knowledge of Google Drive, GMail, and Google Calendar
Successful experience in an education setting desired
Organized, motivated, hard-working, and a team player
Responsibilities:
Provide customer technical support for staff and students via our Tech Help Center and Web Help Desk system
Perform basic troubleshooting of Chromebooks, Macbooks, iMacs, iPads, and other instructional technology and escalate to District Tech Support staff as appropriate.
Perform general hardware repair of Chromebooks
Assist with setup of new technology in the building following District technology standards
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of building technology resources
Support Media Center’s Tech Help Center
Troubleshoot and update software as needed
