Chatfield Music Lending Library– a member of the Southeast Library System which lends music to bands and musicians from all over the world– is currently hiring a part-time library clerk.
Hours are Monday and Tuesday 8:00-4:00pm.
Duties include accurate processing of music requests for mailing, creating patron files and records, regularly corresponding with patrons via phone and email, and other office work as assigned. Ideal candidates will have the ability to display a friendly, tactful and courteous attitude, work in a warehouse environment, use a computer keyboard with reasonable speed and accuracy, climb library ladders and lift 20 lbs. Basic knowledge of music preferred.
