The Owatonna Public Library Director will be responsible for successfully managing all functions of the Owatonna Public Library. The Director will collaborate and partner with the community, Owatonna Public Library Board, Owatonna Library Foundation Board, City Council and all other departments and City staff within the City of Owatonna.
