The Arrowhead Library System, located in Mountain Iron, MN, is seeking an experienced, resourceful, and team-oriented person to lead our business office as the Finance and Administrative Services Manager. This position is responsible for supervising and training staff of the ALS Business Office as well as financial reporting, grant management and administering the employee benefit plan. The Finance & Administrative Services Manager is a member of the management team in organizational planning including coordination and execution of the strategic plan.

Completion of a four-year degree in business, accounting, or a related field from a college or university of recognized standing.
At least four years of related experience, including at least one year of related supervisory experience.
Preference may be given to candidates with successful completion of licensure or certification programs in accounting, human resources, business management or office practices.
Starting Salary: $60,395 – $71,052 annually. Benefits include accumulation of vacation and sick leave hours; paid holidays; Health, Dental, and Life Insurance programs; and participation in the Minnesota Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA).
