EARLY LITERACY OUTREACH LIBRARIAN
The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic Early Literacy Outreach Librarian. This new position will focus on supporting early literacy needs in the library and in the community for children birth to eight. We are looking for a self-starter with a vision for creatively engaging young children, families, and caregivers in traditional and non-traditional settings. As the early literacy expert for the library, you will be able to use your enthusiasm and expertise to expand what we can offer as a community by developing new and existing partnerships with other family-focused organizations. This is a full-time position. The 2019 hiring salary starts at $23.79 per hour, with excellent benefits, including health insurance, and support for professional activities.
