The Digital Content Librarian will be responsible for architecting a digital asset management system (DAM) that scales across the company, by empowering teams to quickly find what they need while maintaining ownership of taxonomy and access control.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and own the overall migration of content from legacy platforms to the DAM
• Work with other team members to understand unique requirements and content needs
• Develop processes and define accessibility rules that allow users to easily access information
• Support Product Information Management (PIM) and other related initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience:
• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years of experience managing a DAM, PIM, or related experience in repository management
• Experience in software platforms related to DAM, PIM, or Content Management Systems (CMS)
• An appreciation for the value of an efficient, and secure asset fulfillment system and process
• Highly organized with a desire to catalogue, prune, archive and make available digital content
• A background in taxonomy, library science, metadata, repository or digital asset management
• Experience supporting multiple teams that require unique business rules and content needs
• A strong desire and commitment to continuous improvement in data and content quality
