Marketing leads the development of integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo’s 90 plus business lines and national geography. The group is responsible for brand strategy and advertising, database and experiential marketing including the company’s 12 history museums, integrated program and product development, market research and related customer analytics, and diverse segments strategy and business development.

Located in Wells Fargo’s Marketing Execution group this role will support users across Marketing functions and geographies and will be responsible for ingesting, enriching, managing, securing, and distributing digital assets in the Enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Develops and advocates best practices and standards for adopting and scaling DAM technology.
The Digital Asset Management Librarian responsibilities will include the following:

Gatekeeper of the DAM ensuring high quality of assets and content, recommends processes and workflows, and maintains DAM Governance standards
Work with users to determine metadata/taxonomy and security/role requirements
Assist the DAM Program team with maintaining a DAM roadmap, rolling out the DAM to new groups and users within the Enterprise Marketing group
Lead the data and asset migration process, cleaning and mapping assets prior to ingestion and quality control checks after migration
Train internal and external users on the use of the DAM
Work with technology and vendor partners to configure custom workflows and integrations with other marketing systems
Perform DAM system reporting and develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Good project management skills Other Desired Qualifications
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, creative production, digital marketing, or digital platforms
4 + years of experience with an enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Demonstrated experience implementing complex requirements in DAM or CMS systems using formal methodologies
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suites, experience with video production/editing applications
Knowledge of file formats (digital, print, video) and distribution requirements of different channels (web, social, direct mail, email)
Experience with Open Text Media Manager or other suite of digital asset management products
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic recommendations
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Ability to manage highly complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders
Strong technical writer; delivers accurate technical documentation
Familiar with rights management
