The Marshall-Lyon County Library is accepting applications for a Librarian specializing in working with adults. This position works under the direct supervision of the Director. This Librarian position works mainly with older adults providing outreach to assisted living and long-term care facilities, coordinating the Library’s Homebound service and developing intergenerational programs. The position also includes some hours at a public service desk providing reference and readers’ advisory help. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, a strong desire to help people, robust technology skills, a general understanding of public library operations and some flexibility of scheduled hours.
